Broken foundation block was allowing for water to get into the basement. We had to excavate the corner of the home out. Cut a hole into the side of the home allowing for us to replace the broken foundation block. Then the wall sealed with two different applications. The foundation was then backfilled, the grade was changed with a new slope, retaining wall and drain-tile was added to allow the water to be diverted away from the home.
Install drain-tile
Install drain-tile from the home to the back of the yard to move the water away from the home.
